The FLX Email Marketing Analyst will work within a larger Integrated Marketing team structure. They will be responsible for the conception, execution, and ongoing optimization of coordinated, marketing programs, including batch and automated email, direct mail, Push, and SMS campaigns. Marketing programs will be largely financial advisor centric, but will also include all factions of FLX membership, including asset managers, solutions providers and distribution professionals.

Responsibilities Include

 

  • Manage the end-to-end management of email marketing programs, including multi-channel recommendations, creation, deployment, testing, optimization, analysis and reporting
  • Collaborate with marketing and other subject matter experts to execute email campaigns
  • Design and develop email templates, custom forms and landing pages
  • Full operational responsibilities for marketing automation tools – specifically Pardot – to produce email campaigns
  • Develop nurture campaigns for specific leads
  • Cultivate subscription lists and automated email sends for regularly produced content, such as quarterly collateral, monthly newsletters, etc.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure success of email campaigns and prepare reports/dashboards for marketing and senior management and recommend steps to improve success
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement team to integrate marketing automation activity into Salesforce
  • Support testing & optimization of communications and share clear takeaways to the broader organization
  • Ensure tracking and QA are in place pre-deployment
  • Maintain and update email communication calendar to ensure appropriate cadence.
  • Assist in digital initiatives, as needed, including marketing automation and platform optimization

 

Qualifications Include

 

  • 3+ years proven experience in marketing campaign automation, campaign management, consumer analytics, and/or performance marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience with marketing automation including Pardot and interfacing with SalesForce
  • Understanding of reporting capabilities relevant to an email marketing program
  • Functional knowledge of HTML/CSS required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Tableau and SQL experience preferred
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and change
  • Experience in driving proof of concept testing
  • Strong project management skills including: conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives, delivering analysis and recommendations
  • Self-starter with ambition to expand personal knowledge base in marketing communications
